Terms of Service for M M COLLECTIVE / Meltdowns & Mimosas

Welcome to M M Collective! By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Products and Pricing

  • All candles are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance, scent, and size.
  • Prices are listed on our website or through our sales channels and are subject to change without notice.
  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website or Etsy shop. 
  • We accept payment through the listed platforms on our website and Etsy Shop. 
  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless there is an issue with the order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently only ship within the United States at this time. 
  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 - 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.).
  • Once an order is shipped, the buyer assumes responsibility for any lost or damaged goods.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges; however, please reach out to us if you experience any issues. 
  • If an item is damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product with a description and photo of the damage for further assistance.

5. Safety Information

  • Always follow safety instructions included with each candle.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep candles away from flammable materials, children, and pets.

6. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred from the use of our products.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

  • We collect personal information for processing orders and communications.
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties, except for fulfilling orders or as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
